I had a heart ablation 2 years ago. I have SVT and I have temporal lobe epilepsy. My heart still goes out of rythm but I don’t know if that has to do with my SVT along with my seizures and severe anxiety disorder. 🤔

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member It really depends on what part of the brain is affected in the first place. If its the frontal lobe then a heart problem probably won't be connected but if it's the Temporal lobe then there is a higher chance it can be linked. I'm not saying it would be linked to the epilepsy but the, TLE would have a high influence on the heart condition as it is responible for the speed of the heart.

You can have seizures because of a heart condition. I don't remember what its called. But the lack of oxygen to the brain sets off the seizures. Like I said I read about it a long time ago but I don't remember what it's called. You'd have to Google it.
