I have similar challenges from 2 brain surgeries resulting in a partial right frontal lobectomy: scar tissue, encephalitis, TBI. My working memory is poor, meds cause tremors that make keyboard use a challenge, and I’m extremely emotionally disregulated. As a result I am permanently disabled and pretty unhappy. There is a program I have just started called HOBSCOTCH that is helping me with memory issues. It’s free and very well known in the epilepsy communities. Ask your doc but you can also find it online and sign yourself up without your doctor. Let me know if you decide to try it! Good luck my friend!
