Memory and Epilepsy

Changes in your ability to remember names, places, past events word meanings, even shopping items😥? Changes that affect the way you live your life, and not always for the better?
Feeling frustrated, angry at life, and the condition itself..
At the end of the day,all will be well..
I got to learn to live with it..

My phone is my saving factor! When someone introduces themselves! I put on my phone! Lists for market or things to do on phone . I have watch and cell phone that reminds me of medication times! My phone I play memory games on! Life is a Festival! I wish you the best🙏🏻🥰

My seizures didn't affect my memory. However my mold/mycotoxins disease has since affected my short term memory issues. You may want to get tested for autoimmune diseases to rule them out. I also have Lyme and Bartonella disease, EBV, heavy metal poisoning, chronic fatigue syndrome. Testing is key and getting a functional medical Dr. I wish you the best.

It had definitely affected my memory and cognitive abilities but I think the one thing that’s changed that I hate is now being treated like a child at times. I’ve dealt with depression for years now so it definitely doesn’t help with how I feel some days.

Have seizures of many types since 12 so I've never had to learn to drive. The older I've gotten I'm thankfu l because I do lose track where I am, how I got there, etc. I'm hesitant to ask directions when in Drs office because even when given directions, if I hear someone say right, left, different number, then I lose track. I sit through appoint remaining myself directs to go.... I still end up getting lost. Feel like a little kid. Despite being 4+ years old I want to have someone with me at all times...
