I eat a Very healthy diet, lots of fruit and veggies, I drink lactose free fat free milk, I eat oatmeal, and wild rice, plant based pasta, but not often on the pasta. Anyway my meds. Make me constipated and my neurologist doesn't talk to me he just keeps changing the meds. Sometimes I just want to stop my meds. I'm only on one for seizures, but I'm scared too. My advise to anyone is EAT HEALTHY, you only have one life. Take care of your body, seizures are enough to deal with.

Very very minimal caffeine, if any at all - and then just occasionally. Homemade lentil, split pea and chicken soups! Fresh salads and fruits. Lots of water! Chicken and fish, baked, steamed or roasted

I make sure that I have a routine for my meds, that I am well rested and well hydrated. I also walk everyday and am doing cognitive behavioural therapy to deal with stress and anxiety as they are major triggers. In addition I eat a well balanced diet and eat very little red meat as it seems to act as a toxin in my system. I take in moderate amounts of caffeine and use an excellent vitamin B complex as my body does not store vitamin B or iron. I eat plenty of fresh fruit, veg and fish🌻

I have gone from drinking 6 cups of coffee per day to 2 cups of decaf I've noticed a big difference wish I did this sooner !

I would say there is no magical cure thru diet. However, make sure u always get at least 8 hours sleep and reduce stress as much as possible. But a healthy, low carb diet never hurt anyone! Best of luck to you!
