It is very normal ❤️ I’ve had to find ways to get that part under control as a parent. I don’t want my babies seeing me down. I normally go on a walk are listen to relaxing music. And if you need to rest please do so and relax and think good thoughts 😊

All the time. It takes me about 1 week for my post seizure symptoms to totally wear off. My seizures are all nocturnal.

Once in a while ye, but not often, depends on the seizure I had and the after effects of it, but it is dif per person, my opinion
