Don't let epilepsy stop you from doing the things you love to do! My son has epilepsy and he plays football and basketball. He also works out with a personal strength and agility coach three days a week. We've noticed the more active he is, the better he feels. Of course everyone's jour.ney is different but if you feel like doing it...DO IT!!!
