Doing any activities that keeps my mind busy and away from thinking about Epilepsy.
Spending time with family and friends
Playing games
Watching movies or tv shows
Getting out and doing something
Working around the house or doing chores
Listening to music

These are what helps me, tuck the thought of Epilepsy deep in my mind

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member . It’s not so much doing the things I do , it’s more what activities, help you.
You don’t have to have the same things as I.

If I deal with a situation that is more stressful than usual, I usually drink 3 or more cans of Pepsi to help calm down.I use Pepsi like others use alcohol or cigarettes, in some cases both. It has gotten to the point now I drink 4 cans of Pepsi, just to wake up completely. What's weird is the one time I tried drinking coffee, I ended up having repetitive seizures. Yet I can drink 12 - 15 cans Pepsi a day & only problem is have to read 2 - 3 hours before tired enough to go to sleep. First 4 cans to wake up with, then another 8 - 10 cans at work, depending on how well things go each day.
