It's dif per person, I haven't noticed that with my condition of epilepsy I have, they happen time to time, but I don't think that is one of the triggers that do that, my opinion

yes definitely I made morning and night meditation a constant routine and also if i feel like a funny aura i stop and focus on my breathing theres no guarentee it will stop a seizure but on a mental level it definitely helps

I find when I was starting a new med, one of the side effects was it triggered anxiety and I've never felt that before. Breathing slower helped manage that until it passed. I haven't heard either way about seizures.

The speed of breathing being unusually fast or slow can be the cause of a seizure. Breathing at an ordinary pace will prevent you from having a seizure caused by lack of oxygen to the brain.

yes I totally agree its hard hard work managing like a job you will never get paid for and so so isolating. dont lose heart though! my aura melt downs due to enviromental triggers can be unbearable for myself let alone other people trying to understand it. remembering to breathe deeply in those moments goes out the window but i am optomistic and keeping on with my meditation practices which have helped me a great deal.
