I made a good friend on the old epilepsy.com site and we treat each other daily. We both have generalized seizures though mine started in childhood and hers from a trauma. We've compared medications we've tried neither of us are totally under control. We have a great support system for each other.

My coworker has the same uncaring doctor just makes me want to change mine but there’s not many options she doesn’t have her seizures anymore under control than me

I have pcos along with a sweat issue

Our oldest is 28 now but when she was 3-5 years old she took seizures. My wife took seizures at that same ages and never took another and she is now 55. One of her older sisters took up having a seizure as a child and still takes seizures daily.

I have 2 sisters and a brother with Epilepsy, cousins, niece, all my dad's side. Daughter died with her 1st seizure, cousins,also.
