Have You Noticed That You Feel Better If You Take Your Medication On A Full Stomach And Then Nap?

Yes! I take my morning Keppra with roasted almonds and go back to bed for at least an hour. I take my evening Keppra when I go to bed. It’s not exactly a 12 hour spread between dosages - but it works.

With all the medications I take, I generally take them on an empty stomach without any problems. With my afternoon dose and night time meds I may have something in my stomach but I don’t make it a point to take them with food

I know I said it pays to eat before taking medication, it does, but cause of the heat wave hot weather I have lost my appetite, so I make sure I drink extra water to keep myself going,
