XCopri 350mg, bedtime. Very effective, only with Lamotrigine 150mg. Tried to go off Lamotrigine...not able to. Benefits: much milder seizures and sleep really, really well. Side effects: extreme daytime fatigue, leg jerks and/or hiccoughs an hour after taking it, at bedtime. Overall, worth it. Just wish I could stop the other seizure meds.

I take Xcopri in the evening. My seizure type is absence an I am having very few of them. I have a Vagus Nerve Stimulator device and a Deep Brain Stimulator device that work together managing the activity. Because of both devices I am doing very well

I take Xcopri, Vimpat, Keppra, and have a VNS implant. Xcopri has helped, but makes you crazy tired and you feel insanely off balance when you first take it. I've had to be walked down the hall to bed , lol. I'm only on 200mg, my doc wants to increase as I'm not fully seizure free and the goal is to come off Keppra because that's the medicine I react the most negatively to. Good luck!

I take Xcopri 300mg. It makes me drowsy during the day and I can’t say much more about it. I still have seizures normally in addition to taking 3 other anti seizure meds.

My husband takes Xcopri, he's just increased his dose to 400mg and the side effects are extreme fatigue, sleeping 12-14 hours a day with severe constipation. we will reach out to his provider
