Using extra pillows and it could help. I know that it’s what has helped me

I’ve never heard that. Not everyone who has sleep apnea has seizures.

Kathryn13, I tried all the different face masks but due to my claustrophobia and poor fit just never found one that was comfortable. Never could figure out why supposedly could sleep on your back with cpap (although masks would fit better). Seems to me if you were on your back and had nocturnal seizure (which I have) you could strangle. ? So after trying a year they gave me the nasal plugs. Has its own problems. Due to my narrow nasal passages, constant dripping, and side-sleeping, here we go again. Actually as long as I sit upright and hold the plugs with my hand, they fit perfectly. Just can’t use the straps. I thought about getting a cpap pillow, but have an anti-suffocation pillow I sleep on since I live alone and have the grand mals during night. I’m pretty worn out so maybe someone who is successful with cpap can give you better insight! I know folks who do well with it, just not me. And I need it badly! Good luck and please share your journey with it! Very interesting and I sure want to hear—

Not me, but I do know alot of people have epilepsy and sleep apnea. I'm not to sure how many are using the Cpap machines though.

Hi Daliafairy, sleep apnea may not cause seizures but they are definitely related. Research has shown there is a reduction in seizures for a substantial number of folks who are diagnosed with sleep apnea and use cpap (or bipap) therapy. Makes sense if one is sleep deprived.
I did get one back in September that sounds just like the one you described! It’s an FP Solo and I love it! After two years of trying I am so happy to find one I can use!
