Hang in there and try and stay pos, ps I have had a few times like that also since I was diagnosed with my condition, but I can relate to what you are saying, and I do feel for you but after the times I have gone through my times like that I felt like giving up, but I don't throw in the towel let's say,even when I wanted to, I look at it as a minor inconvenience now, before it used to get to me, but not that much nowadays, once in a while it gets to me, but I do have self control and do self reflection also, I am a Catholic christian mix and do sin but I will put you in my prayers, I hope you make it through the time that you are going through for the better soon, my opinion here.
