Trying to remove the stress. Donβt know how.
I have been eating healthy and no sugar for about a year. Also making sure I drink plenty of water. Taking multivitamins d3 and b1 and calcium per my doctor. My last tc seizure was Oct 2023. Still have some absence. It also helped my A1C go from 7 which put me at diabetes and my doctor said she would give me a year before doing anything. It is now 5.3 which is normal no diabetes.
The only thing I did after my last seizure was cutting back on soft drinks, caffeine. More water and adding B6. I was taking a multivitamin for a few months before I was told to take B6.
Adding the DBS implant helped me more.
