I am always open about my epilepsy. I want people to know what is going on if I have a seizure. I can also inform people of seizure first aid.

If I talk about my Epilepsy to people , I start explaining Epilepsy in generic information. If the person starts asking deeper questions then I start talking about , in deep information.

Someone asked about Cognitive Decline. I am an AARP member. They have exercises for the Brain to keep it sharp. There are other sites online that do the same. Doing puzzles as well as physical exercises will help.
