I ended up having a couple of drinks last night and I did fine other than it making me tired all day today. Alcohol is one of those things I've never cared about too much. But it's nice on occasion

I know alcohol reduces the effectiveness of your meds. I only drink on special occasions.

Alcohol will negate medications of any kind. I only drink socially, pace myself & know when to stop as I know my limits

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member There is one person I know who is diagnosed as having epilepsy but what it is exactly I'm not sure. Some how he has always drank and I mean alot but he dos'nt drive and never has. Tbh I'm not sure how well he manages his condition or if he even takes he meds. But he is the only person I know of that has it and drinks and smokes like he does. But he is paying for it at the moment because he has alot of other health issues now other then epilepsy.
