Are able to get sleep and it's not your normal way of getting the sleep you get, do you stay with that pattern you got when you got your sleep in or go back and try your original sleep schedule? Cause I think it's going to be different because of that happening to me and someone else, what are your thoughts about this ❓ wondering what you think

I find it hard sometimes to get back to my normal sleep schedule but usually once my body feels rested I go back to my usual routine or at least try to

What would make you sleepy? Reading a book? Watching TV? Listening to music? Would this help you get sleepy? I don't have this problem.

I do my daily routine of prayer and bible study I do throughout my day and usually don't have a prob with the insomnia like this,a little bit of insomnia but not overnight but for a little bit wound up for a few minutes of to a hour, doesn't happen often but does,
