Sometimes it is a feeling like I have been in that same exact spot, looking at the same exact thing I have seen in a dream. Sometimes I even wake up to a "Deja Vu" and feel nausea and like I have to diarrhea at the same time.

I'm a little confused, frustrated, and even more anxious because I noticed tension brewing. My husband's getting I think aggravated with my emotional rollercoaster. He says I'm pushing him away. Although I know he means well when his response to me venting is the phrase I despise "let things go..." It isn't that simple. Have my first date tonight after being diagnosed. Not sure how/when to disclose that I have epilepsy or explain it, I'm very nervous about having a seizure in front of him.
Could anyone please give me some advice or tips? Thanks so much :)

there are commercials for cancer, Heart Disease, and a half a dozen more yet no one has even hardly heard of Epilepsy just think of
what good could be done if we had a few commercials ask for help
and talking about it maybe people would know what to do if they saw one

There are SO many invisible conditions out there: like asthma diabetes, heart disease, diperssion,alsimas, dementia, Cancer, anxiety, stomach problems epilepsy curvature of spine and turts so why does the serenity ONLY see people in weel chairs and a walking stick?! Can I get a support from liking this post?people who deal with those conditions are people with GREAT STRENGTHS... 😘😂

I’ve been on OXcarbazepine for a long time (over 3 yrs) and I’ve noticed my mood changes often. Either I get depressed extremely bad or Instantly angry. Either way SI creeps in and it is really hard to fight
I have been hospitalized twice for possible intent. It starts with anxiety and can go either way. Final results seem to lead to Suicidal Thoughts. Not always but sometimes.
Does anyone relate??

Speaking for myself, I don’t find them helpful. Constipating! I try to follow a low fat diet and exercise to strengthen my bones and ligaments.

I couldn’t remember the name for wedding vale or past things yesterday!
