Migraines
I have been waking up with horrible migraines like 5 out of the 7 days a week. I take Lamictal and Topamax. I know Topamax is supposed to help with headaches so that's weird. My Dr. had me do a study to make sure I wasn't have seizures in my sleep and I'm not. Does anyone else have this issue?
Yes I have non-epileptic seizures caused by stress and anxiety

Effects From Epilepsy
As I have got older I have noticed that I am becoming more forgetful and that I am finding it harder to concentrate on something. Is this a common problem that occurs with epilepsy does anyone else suffer with this too?
I also was diagnosed at 40. I thought I used to have a great memory, but not anymore. I feel kind of stupid sometimes

I have temporal lobe epilepsy and alot of the time I wake up with what I can describe as a hangover even though I haven't touched alcohol my head feels fuzzy and I just don't feel with it. Any ideas what it is?

Which One Or Two Anti-seizure Medications Has Been Most Helpful?
Time-released Tegretal was my best experience with AED’s. Expensive! However. At that time I had outstanding insurance. However. After a couple of uneventful decades, Tegretal sabotaged my potassium and I needed 8 liters of saline. Twice. Now? Keppra. I’m not particularly impressed, although I have been seizure free since 2018.
