How Do You Handle Relationships With Epilepsy?
Awhile back I was in a pretty tough relationship where the individual wasn’t too accepting of the fact that I had epilepsy. They actually would say I was broken and made me feel pretty bad about it. Honestly this was the most toxic relationship I’ve been in. My question is have any of you received judgment for it? And if so what would you do in these… read more

What Have You Learned About Epilepsy That You Wish You Knew When You Were First Diagnosed?
I learned that good can come of a diagnosis that initially devastated me. I know, I know….I can’t believe it either. 🤩 But it’s true! Earning the label “tenacious” feels like a badge of honor.

Preventative medicine! I saw this Arctic Blast coming and shopped accordingly. And stayed home! I am not going anywhere until it is well over 40 degrees. Too slippery!
