Tablet Storage For Vacuum Sealed Tablets
In the past I've stored my tablets in a tablet box, but recently I've been moved to Sodium Valproate which is stored in little vacuum sealed compartments, only to be removed just before taking.
Has anyone got any tips on storing these tablets in a way I can monitor taking them?
Ok thanks

Smart Phone Medication Reminder App
My son needs a better way to remember to take his meds. They are effective when he takes them, but it is easy to forget, especially when things get busy.
