How Do I Know I Have Brain Damage From Temporal Lobe Seizures?
My seizures at this point are well controlled by Brivact and an a VNS. Yet, at home, I still jerk, slobber excessively at times, headaches are severe, falling is another problem, disorientation continues, accomplishing tasks takes more time, childhood absence seizures continue, complex partial seizures are under control, and anytime I take a 24 hour or 72 hour EEG or a week of observation nothing is noted as abnormal.
