Has anyone have any serious issues with VNS surgery. I already had a previous RNS type of surgery but this time they offered VNS and worried. I actual started working a second full time job to keep a reason to delay. What do you think?

Do you remember how you heard about this site? Do you have a local support team (family, friends or other epileptics)? If yes, then how has joining the team here been additional better? I know it's described as a common neurology condition but my emotions so out there - I think may be new meds, Briviact - Do you hide it, or talk about it to others like a common cold. I've seen friends eyes glaze over when I try and give them just a LITTLE idea how it feels. It hurts.
