Does anyone wake up very confused and emotional? I woke up this morning dizzy. I have been having a hard time. Very confused and emotional. Struggling trying to do almost every thing. Like trying to focus and memory. Trying to use my phone. Having a hard time talking. Went to the store couldn't talk to cashier. If I would have I would of starting crying. I just need people to talk to that understand what it is like to have epilepsy.
Me 2 Joan, I sometimes forget that "oh yeah this is just epilepsy" I just chill out and watch a comic or a comedy. Take care ♥
CBD(asking For A Friend)
I use THC so i don’t know much about only CBD products. Can anyone give me recommendations on what kind to get? It’s for sleep aid. TIA

I had a regular MD tell me my recent sleeplessness could be regulated by just taking a sleeping pill for awhile. He’s a doctor, so I took his word. I got a name brand, normal sleeping pill, 50mg of diphenhydramine

HAS ANYONE'S WEIGHT INCREASED OR DECREASED FROM ANY OF YOUR SEIZURE MEDICATION?
Some times I can feel very hungry on Topamax but it depends on the situation and tbh it doesn't happen very often.

Does anyone find increase in UTis? I try and drink plenty water and stay hydrated. I don't know if the meds but they keep coming back

Counting Seizures?
How do you count seizures I'm using the app suggested epilepsy journal .
Do you count each time it starts then ends or do you count one seizure episode as a one seizure?
Because I have multiple periods where the seizure starts then ends then starts again but when I record it it's recorded as one seizure.
If you know when you seizures from beginning of it to the end of it that’s one .I you know the the time length of your seizures, that can help your Dr. Too.
