Well If Anybody Read My Post About 30 Minutes Ago, Read On. I Didn't Clean The Whole House Or Even Wash The Dishes.
What I did was sweep with a broom big pieces of paper up, I put load of clothes in the washer, and put one in the dryer, ( hand a load washing already and forgot) and yes I have a vacuum but it felt so good to just sweep a small room again. After that I am pooped, tired. My leg is aching, I am eating fruit for brunch right now, I am sweaty, tired and it feels good. How Does People Feel When Having Cold Whilst Suffering With Epilepsy?
as for everyone, as normal; I have no energy, exhausted, achy body, pain etc
however in the last couple of day, I have noticed something different than normal. in my left foot, I have been experiencing tingling and numbness from my ankle to my foot. this has started when my cold started, I don't know if it is linked with the cold or something different.

Is Being Unbalanced Part Of A Symptom Of A Seizure
It can be. I have to find my balance after my seizures and my meds affect my balance. That's why they should be checking that at your neurology appointments.
Preictal Phase
I think this question has been asked and answered, but have you had preictal phases that lasted for days? Before my last seizure, I was feeling very out of sorts, as in brain fog, dizzy, forgetfulness, and a generalized fear that something was going to happen for 2 days before my seizure.
